What is the difference between a single-loop and a four-loop bag?

A single-loop bag has one loop - loading and unloading with a single hook, without a spreader beam, which speeds up work with large volumes. This is a standard in the fertiliser industry. A four-loop bag has four loops - it is more stable when lifted with a forklift and stacked, typical for aggregates, chemicals, and construction.

What certifications do Big Bag sacks from Big Pak have?

Big Pak holds a UN 13H3 certificate for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR/RID/IMDG 2025, COBRO/Łukasiewicz), ISO 9001:2015 for the production of big-bags (TÜV NORD Polska), and GRS v4.0 for bags with 30% post-consumer rPP (Control Union). Selected models are tested in accordance with the ISO 21898 standard. Documentation is available on request.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For single-loop bags - 500 units (one pallet). Minimum quantities for four-loop bags depend on the specification - please describe your needs in the form, and we will reply within one business day.

Can I order bags made from recycled material?

Yes, on request. Bags with a 30% share of post-consumer rPP are manufactured within the GRS v4.0 chain (Control Union certificate). GRS documentation is issued per production batch, upon placing an order, and is a paid-for service. Production within the GRS chain is also possible without issuing a certificate.

Does Big Pak deliver abroad?

How to choose a Big Bag for your material?

Key parameters: safe working load (SWL), number of loops, type of inlet and outlet, PE liner (for dusty or hygroscopic materials) and required certificates. You can simply describe the material in the form - Big Pak will select the configuration and reply within 24h.
