Technical specification

Big Pak manufactures four-loop bags from polypropylene (PP) fabric at its production facility in Ełk. Each configuration is developed according to customer requirements.

Recycling and ESG

Big Pak holds a GRS v4.0 (Global Recycled Standard) certificate issued by Control Union, active until November 2026. Single-loop bags containing 30% post-consumer rPP are manufactured within a documented chain of custody.

Certification is issued per production batch upon order placement. Production within the GRS chain is also available without certificate issuance — an option for customers who require traceable raw materials but do not require a GRS document for auditing. GRS certification is a service subject to an additional fee.

Do Big Pak single-loop bags have a UN certificate?

Yes. Big Pak produces single-loop bags approved to UN 13H3 for the transport of dangerous goods in accordance with ADR/RID/IMDG 2025 (packing group III). Certificates issued by COBRO/Łukasiewicz, valid until 2027. Documentation is available upon request.

Yes. Big Pak has held an active Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certificate since 2024. Big Bags with recycled polypropylene (rPP) content are available upon individual order for production batches covered by GRS certification.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order for single-loop bags is 500 units (1 pallet). For larger orders, double-stacking is possible - up to 15,000–20,000 units per truck with a SWL of 500–600 kg, or 5,000–10,000 units with a SWL of 1,000 kg.

What documentation will I receive for the tender or ESG report?

We are sending the GRS documentation for the ordered production batches — ready to be attached directly in procurement processes, tenders, and ESG reporting in the EU market.

Does Big Pak supply GRS-certified bags (recycled PP)?

Yes, made to order. Single-loop bags with 30% post-consumer rPP content are produced under the GRS v4.0 chain of custody (certified by Control Union). GRS documentation is issued per production batch after an order is placed – it is not available prior to purchase. GRS certification is an additionally payable service. Production within the GRS chain is also possible without issuing a certificate.
