Closed loop - GRS documentation for ESG reporting

Fertiliser producers and agricultural companies operating on the Western European market are increasingly requiring environmental documentation from suppliers for ESG reporting and procurement processes.

Big Pak has a Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certificate active since 2024. Big Bag sacks containing recycled polypropylene (rPP) are available on request - GRS documentation ready to be attached to tenders and ESG reports in the EU and DACH markets.

What is the difference between a single-loop and a four-loop bag?

A single-loop bag has one handle - loading and unloading with a single hook, without a spreader beam, which speeds up work with large volumes. This is the standard in the fertiliser industry. A four-loop bag has four handles - it is more stable when lifted with a forklift and when stacking, typical for aggregates, chemicals, and construction materials.

What documentation will I receive for the tender or ESG report?

We are sending the GRS documentation for the ordered production batches — ready to be attached directly in procurement processes, tenders, and ESG reporting in the EU market.

Are Big Bag sacks suitable for hazardous materials?

Yes - we produce single-loop bags with UN 13H3 certification (packing group III, ADR/RID/IMDG 2025 compliance). Certification documentation is available upon request.

Do rPP Big Bags meet the PPWR requirements?

Can I order bags or films made from recycled material?

Yes, on request - we produce selected batches within the GRS v4.0 chain: bags with 30% post-consumer rPP, PE films with 30% post-consumer rPE. GRS certification is subject to an additional fee, and documentation is issued per production batch after the order is placed. Production within the GRS chain without issuing a certificate is also possible - a cheaper option.
