PE film with recycled content with recycled material

Big Pak holds a GRS v4.0 (Global Recycled Standard) certificate issued by Control Union, active until November 2026. PE film with post-consumer rPE content is available on request - with documentation for ESG reporting.

Certification is issued per production batch after placing an order. Production within the GRS chain is also available without issuing a certificate. GRS certification is an additionally paid service.

What material is the PE industrial film at Big Pak made from?

Big Pak produces industrial PE film from PE-LD, PE-HD, and LLDPE materials using a 3-layer co-extrusion blown film technology. Blends incorporating post-consumer rPE regranulate within the GRS chain are also available. We tailor the exact layer structure to meet the customer's specific requirements.

Are Big Bag bags from Big Pak available with GRS certification?

Yes. Big Pak has held an active Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certificate since 2024. Big Bags with recycled polypropylene (rPP) content are available upon individual order for production batches covered by GRS certification.

Yes, made to order. Film containing post-consumer rPE is produced within the GRS v4.0 chain. GRS documentation is issued per batch once the order is placed. GRS certification is subject to an additional fee.

We are sending the GRS documentation for the ordered production batches — ready to be attached directly in procurement processes, tenders, and ESG reporting in the EU market.
