The company Big Pak s.c. collects and processes personal data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

3. Purpose and legal basis for data processing
Your personal data may be processed on the basis of:
a) Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR – on the basis of your consent, in particular for the purpose of sending commercial or marketing information;
b) Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR – in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract and for the performance of an entered contract;
c) Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR – in order to fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, in particular those resulting from tax and accounting regulations;
d) Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interest of the Controller, which includes:
handling correspondence and managing enquiries;
marketing of own products and services;
establishing, pursuing, or defending claims;
ensuring security and protecting against abuse.
4. Data recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Controller, in particular providers of IT, accounting, legal, postal, courier, and hosting services, solely to the extent necessary to achieve the processing purposes.
5. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area
As a general rule, your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations. If such a transfer is necessary, it will take place in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to reply to an enquiry, conclude or perform a contract, and fulfil obligations resulting from legal regulations.
11. Automated decision-making
Your personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
